Who We Are

M & B Estimating Services, Inc. is a construction consultant with experience in commercial, apartment, condominium and single family construction.

Mark and Beth Donaldson have been in the development, construction, and property management fields for more than 35 years.  Since 2004 they have been providing construction services to their clients.

Mark Donaldson

Before starting his own construction estimating business, Mark had a successful career as a construction project manager, completing projects for real estate developers and general contractors.  After graduation from Texas A & M in 1979 with a BS degree in Construction Management, he was involved in various types of construction throughout the Southwest, including concrete tilt-wall office/warehouses, CMU block retail, low-rise steel framed commercial office buildings, US Post Office, sewer treatment facilities, tenant improvements, multi-family apartments, condominiums, and semi-custom/custom single family homes.  Mark has managed construction for companies such as Trammell Crow Residential, Picerne Development Company, Regis Homes, Monterey Homes, C.F. Jordan Construction, Decca Construction Company, BRE Properties and TA-Wallick Construction LLC.   Mark understands wood framing basics from working as a carpenter during college, framing apartments, duplexes and custom homes in College Station, Texas.   

Beth Donaldson

            Since receiving her BA degree in Marketing from Texas A & M University in 1980, Beth has worked for major construction, development and property management companies associated with commercial, retail and multi-family properties in the Southwest such as David R. Johns Group, CBS Property Services, Royce Property Management Company, and Dudley Investment Services.  She has always been driven to be an entrepreneur and small business owner, having started an espresso coffee bar in the Scottsdale Galleria and a fine art gallery in downtown Santa Fe.  Beth has also been a top sales leader for Lucchese and director/general manager for Reflection Gallery.

           Some of our clients are well known in the construction industry and include Alliance Residential Company, Block Companies, Bridgewell Resources, KWA Construction, MacSouth Forest Products, Shreve Land Constructors, Thomas Construction, and Trammell Crow Residential.
